5 RepliesLiterally every aspect of life can find moral principals found also in the Bible and Jesus teachings. Like— Do not steal (obvious) But also in Christianity you see this other side in which one should be completely love and completely good Like— turn the other cheek (which people would never do) I am the son of a pastor and one of the hardest things I’ve found to swallow about Christianity is just how hypocritical people are, and I’ve come to the conclusion that if one claims they are saved and have Jesus within them, yet they have sex with multiple people, yet they get drunk regularly, yet they judge people because of what they wear to church or skin color, yet they allow their children to date and breakup date and breakup teaching them that relationships are temporary. I’ve decided that these people were never Christians in the first place, one can’t lose their salvation but when one is saved there is a change, a radical putting off of the old flesh and a donning of the new. And yes they won’t be perfect but they will notice when something is not right in their life, or another fellow Christian will come tell them “hey I’ve seen you do this, let’s try not to together” because they will surround themselves with the same godly people they wish to be, not with gossipers or drinkers or orgies. If your not into that Christiany stuff please do realize many moral principals found roots in the Bible, not necessarily their origins but they are ageeed with. ****IMPORTANT***** If you have become disenfranchised with church or Christianity because of another Christian or the hypocrisy that is prevelant in the church. I apologize on the behalf of real Christians. Do understand that many claim the narrow road but are running down the path of destruction as fast as they can possibly go. And the bad thing is— they think they are ok.

Buddhism. But out of these, probably Hinduism.

McCarthyism. We gotta get rid of ALL the commies, that includes sleeper agents as well.
-
Christianity, Judiasm, and Islam all worship the same God and have similar morals (as long as they arent extreme). Hinduism has some good morals as well, but I agree with christianity the most because you have the gift of being able to interpret the bible in different ways and in my opinion contributes more to human rights.

Hinduism but not the vegetarian part.
I think Hinduism worships common meats, anyway.
Pastafarians?

I don't think there's a religion out there that couldn't be interpreted to fit any group's morals. In my community, I see very little difference effective difference between the orthodoxies or between the more "progressive" practices. Like, if you asked a bunch of orthodox Southern Baptists and Hindus what they thought about interreligious marriage or of God as the ultimate source of morality, I would not be able to tell the difference between their answers.

Buddhism and paganism I know it’s 2 but even so. Buddhism most highly promotes peace and love and paganism teaches love and respect for everyone and Mother Nature while also teaching about how to have a damn good party!

3 RepliesWell I’m a Christian so... I agree with the Muslim religion.

18 RepliesTrue morality comes from God Himself because God is Love (i.e. it comes from His very nature as the standard and paradigm of goodness).

3 RepliesProbably Hinduism. But Humanism beats all of these hands down and also doesn't involve ridiculous superstition.

11 RepliesEven though I'm a Catholic, I give a lot of respect to people who are Taoist. To live life as simple as possible is difficult.
