Power level capped at 265
For the past 16 hours of gameplay, I have not been able to get a legendary engram past 265
It seems to be a common issue based on what I read online, but there was no fix listed.
I thought there was a cap until my friend told me he was receiving level 274 engrams, so obviously there isn't, or at least it's not 265, and I am experiencing some sort of glitch. There is literally no point in me playing the game right now as I cannot get better rewards.
Please help.

After 265, engrams drop at 5 below your base power level. Base power level is your power without legendary mod values. Exotic engrams will help, as will the weapon quests. Your main source of leveling now is the weekly milestones that give powerful rewards.

5 RepliesYou have to do your milestones for powerful engrams which will get you higher and those random exotic engrams. You can only do the milestones once per week per character. You will hit another "soft cap" at about 285 also.
