Bungle want cash from PC players so they remove the player base numbers because the crash was real and it could hurt PC sales. Then they prelease a pr piece mentioning 'future' improvements.
And the fans lap it up like a dog being given last nights scraps whilst smiling away, oh so happy god has spoken...
It's embarrasing.

6 RepliesNot I. I uninstalled destiny 2 and went to destiny 1 again... I sadly deleted all my gear because I thought "no way I'll leave destiny 2!" Oh man how I was wrong. Personally, destiny 1 feels like a more complete game than destiny 2 did...

5 RepliesMy ass smells like sour cream

4 RepliesGOD, they actually responded to our feedback like we’ve been asking WTF? Such douchebag developers.
-
9 RepliesPeople wanted improvements, bungie promised improvements. Everyone is happy. People weren't mad because they hate bungie, they just wanted some communication. If you're here just to hate on bungie or destiny then you're an idiot. We were ranting because we love the game and want to see it succeed, not because we hate it.

6 RepliesStockholm syndrome.

The naivety and gullibility of the people who post cry baby salty comments on this forum is hilarious. As if all you whining and crying is going to accomplish anything.....LMAO
-
Exactly this, bungie -blam!-ed this sequel up so bad, then they show a pinhole of light through a ten mile tunnel, and these sheep lose there shit. OH praise bungie! Praise! It's like these people get shit on and say thank you for it. This game is nothing more than an expansion, and no matter how much they tweak it, polish and dress it up, it will still be a turd. The damage has been done, and I feel that these people that just got burned twice, will never come back.
-
Agreed. All these upcoming improvements should have been in the game to begin with.
-
Yeah why make it easier for us to get the SAME loot thats already in game bc once we get it thats it same ole same old unless its new guns and armor and the old customize system then idc about it honestly
-
5 RepliesOh it’s lethalviper... I was gonna say something but nevermind
-
5 RepliesAlmost as hilarious as you, the person who seems to continue to visit the same place trying to goat a reaction from people you can't even see. :> But i'll bite. Why the numbers are gone doesn't really matter. Bungie is doing quite enough on it's own to tank the PC playerbase as is. No in game text chat, no private matches, Not total dedicated servers. PC population will spike because people wanted it there. But it will dwindle if Bungie doesn't do something to cater to at least some of those things. It's not like the population numbers would really do any more damage anyway. Destiny 2 isn't in any danger of dying as a whole. Destiny 1 went through it's own growing pains and was declared dead more than once. Yet it survived. I wholeheartedly believe people would be spending their time better on something else rather than worrying over something as frivalous as population numbers or the game "dying." It's an established triple a title. Those even when they die down never worry about population. If Destiny 2 was a brand new IP trying to cater to a niche audience it would be worth the energy people expend worrying about this. But the IP hurdle already went by with D1. and D2 caters to a vast audience known as casual fps players.

A lot of the stuff they are supposedly doing should of been in at launch plain and simple. Do I have fun on d2? Yeah but only for short periods of time before I get bored grinding for nothing special. Do I hope they improve things soon? Yeah but I'm not counting on that I've seen bungies trickle of improvements over the course of destiny 1until they make vast improvement in a short time then I may give bungee benefit of the doubt maybe
-
Considering that bungie is responding to issues quicker than they ever did before in D1 with ACTUAL solutions ,its actually something to look forward to. I’m sorry you have no forgiveness in you to actually desire to enjoy this game at all. I haven’t played the game in 3 weeks, but I’m looking forward to seeing how bungie improves this game.
-
All I can say is how can you even talk about the game that we are all deliberating, but yet you’ve never personally played it yourself? You might have your own opinion about Bungie. But as far as this game goes you have no solid opinion about it. Because all you would know is what you’ve seen or been told, but never what you’ve experienced for yourself.
-
The gullibility of forum whiners is hilarious.
-
The truth is the daily snapshot figures from Destiny Tracker were being mis-interpreted and used to spread a false narrative by the whingers and trolls of this forum Bungie's response was necessitated by the toxicity of this forum, in which grown men who have never played D2 e.g. yourself, post daily complaints in order to whip up negativity and get the attention they desperately crave . It's embarrassing

It’s business. They need money. We need money to survive.
-
5 RepliesA business wants cash!!!!! OMFG phone the -blam!-ing press, we have a huge story here!!!
-
1 ReplyNormally you're throwing salt around. But this is 100% true. And spoken from the heart.
-
3 RepliesLol, it's nothing more than a pr stunt to sell the dlc.
-
I didn't realize the Russian government was using bots to affect Bungie's success with D2...
-
Yeah... I have lost the desire to play any longer, obvious money grab is obvious. Will not be purchasing any dlc.
-
All your posts are 🔛🔝😍👌👍💯🔥🎯 Is there a 10/10 emoji? -blam!- it.
-
3 RepliesIt's funny because it's obvious that the main team has gone on to make D3, this means the dlc is already made. Just like D1.
-
Mega BUMP.
-
I can see the point. The live team swooped in and fixed D1. Now they have to do the same for D2 which they shouldn't be having to do. They should be just improving on as game that already had a lot of flaws fixed by ROI. Hopefully Bungie now pays more attention to the live team what they are doing and how it's received by the community.
