How do you launch a AAA title, charge 60 to 100 bucks and go completely silent when there are a few glaring issues...?
I'm at a loss here..
Complete blackout on some glaring issues..
If a business take 100 of my dollars and gives me something that doesn't work... Then refuses to speak to me again.. Is that not fraud? Or a scam?
How is this different?
Should I contact a lawyer? I know I can get my money back... But isn't this blatantly breaking the law? Isn't this STEALING?

At the very best you might some how get faults advertisement. This being if your an amazing lawyer and have a seriously strong knowledge of law and the game. But this is very VERY, unlikely.

Plus not have the game at 60 FPS on Xbox one or ps4 when titles like overwatch come standard with those graphics

While it's not illegal (seeing as how the only thing that differentiates a "AAA" game from a not "AAA" game is who makes it and if they're backed by a big enough publisher.) for them to sell a piece of crap like this to people under the guise of a "AAA" title, it is -blam!-ing shady as hell. That having been said, you're acting surprised about a repeat performance of Destiny's vanilla release. right down to the fanboys who swear by their holy gospel and DeeJ's spit-shined tailpipe that there's nothing wrong with the game in it's current state.

Theres plenty of playing time, three classes to play through, and I nor any of my clan or group of friends has encountered anything that prevents us from playing the game. You wanting more to do after playing for 50-60 hours or more does not mean there are glaring issues, it means you play too much and expect way too much out of a video game. Its a game to fill some time, not fill a void in your soul. How is it stealing? Because you want endless gaming with no pauses in content or breaks from the screen and they didnt provide that? ALL GAMES end. All run out of things to do. Especially if you sink 50+ hours a week into it.

Any legit bug that has happened in this game (Nightfall stuff, the bug with that emote, etc) has been fixed INCREDIBLY fast. You not liking some decisions they made are not "glaring issues". Number 1 reason your post is -blam!-ing worthless is that you don't even mention what glaring issues you have. Really helping the community.
