Meanwhile, it was perfectly acceptable for D1 fanboys to reference it when pointing to how well it still did, now after a nose dive in players it has "created a false narrative". Damage control at its finest.

It is bullshite they removed the stat but, to be fair, there were around 5 million folks at release. Even though those numbers have tanked lately that’s still a TON of cash for Bungie so I doubt they’re that concerned at this point. I’m sure they’re thinking they can fix all this with the DLCs and updates but I’m not so sure. I was accused of defending the game and Bungie during the beta but I only had a “wait and see” attitude. I have only played 2-4 hrs the last couple of weeks. They really -blam!-ed up. The raid is a joke.

Oh I know it sold well, they have a great marketing team. Hopes and empty promises sold this game, just like every other time. They really shit the bed with this game and I'm astounded people are already saying "wait for the DLC, they'll fix it then". Mind blowing

Just to be clear. I am not saying wait for DLC, I am saying they (Bungie) think they’ll fix it with a DLC. I’m as pissed as anyone about how D2 turned out. I don’t mind 2 primaries at all really but there’s a ton of other shit that pisses me off but I’m too lazy to type it all right now. Lol

I know you aren't, I'm just expressing my disbelief that it's being tossed out there already. I'm in the same boat, I think two primaries suck but I can live with it, it's pretty much everything else that's under my skin
