Help with Destiny 1 raids
New to raids but level 40, just need help beating them and none of my friends still play

I'm on Xbox one and did VoG and all the raids a ton of times. I really want to Atleast do VoG and crotas end raid. Only one I haven't done yet is wrath of the machines but I just bought rise of iron last week.
