Cayde Stashes need a SERIOUS fix.
NOTE [multiple accs used. If you’re some visually impaired hick then kindly close your tab. ]Basically, I've gotten absolutely nothing from Cayde Stashes : not even glimmer. I'm not lying.
On the second day of release I opened 4 over a span of a few hours, 2 the next day and so forth. I stopped for a while and tried again yesterday where I opened 4. Today, again nothing..
It's totaled to nearly 30 of the damn things and literally nothing.
This can't be RNG surely. Anyone have any help?
EDIT : This was tested on multiple accounts for those retards who can’t seem to use common sense.

2 RepliesI've had maybe 3 or 4 occasions where nothing seems to pop out of a cayde chest-but every time it's happened, I've just walked up to it n back a couple of times n then bam! All the goodies spew out. There does seem to be an issue with the cayde chests, cus it keeps popping up in the forums. I mean, it's not too far a stretch to believe there's glitches in the game.

I opened a chest and got nothing. But it still stayed in my inventory. I went back and got it again and BINGO!! A lovely exotic!

If you farm loot too quickly you trigger a lockout and chests, including caydes chests, will be empty for a while. A few have been duds for me too. I did get an exotic out of one, but other than that none of the chests so far have had anything but blue rares and or a small bit of glimmer.

Its rng m8 there’s nothing to be fixed tbh but the first two I opened I did two public’s between them and got nothing and the the last two I pick up quick and got a exotic engram and also a fwc auto rifle

it seems like its a side effect of the chest cap Bungle threw in to prevent people from using the chest exploit. it also seems to have made going around and looting chests to be useless as after 4 you stop getting anything at all

Cayde's stashes are like this game. If you come back to it too quickly there's less in it for you.

I've quit buying treasure maps. It's a waste of glimmer that could be better spent on mods. All I've ever gotten from Cayde's chests is blues or nothing.

I have seen this with friends, IT IS YOUR SHITTY CONNECTION. Just open the chest and come back in a few minutes and the loot will be there. Do not open other chests untill you claim previous loot or you will get dupes(letters, hats) and you will not be able to claim them(inventory full).

8 RepliesI'd heard the tales of Cayde's chests being a waste of time. On the very first one I opened, nothing. Nothing at all. I was about to head off to the next one, but bumped my thumb stick and moved closer to the chest. Lo and behold some glimmer, a rabbit's foot and a legendary engram. I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but give it a shot. Open the chest then move closer.

This was happening to me. Literally nothing. The items literally "pop out". Back of a few very (in game terms) then look around and you'll see the items spawn around the chest. Then move in and pick up those items.
