So I'm currently waiting outside of GameStop...
It's raining, since my town just had a heavy storm blow through (I'm not in Texas, but good luck to other guardians out there in the wake of the hurricane), and Its just me and a guy flexing that awesome Age of Triump T-shirt outside of the GameStop.
I am soaking wet and waiting for a video game just to play it early.
What a life I live

Update on last night:
GameStop was filled with a good 20 people waiting for the game.
One guy with a hunter shirt was flirting with the sales rep who had to be there for obvious reasons. She was clearly not entertained.
A kid kept asking his mom if she could also buy The Division because "mom, its only 10 dollars!!!".
Both of the GameStop employees present looked half dead, because people were trying to get the collectors game guide with [i]just the titan cover[/i], causing the employees to scavenge through the huge cardboard box on the floor filled with the guides.
The entire time I was standing behind a couple making out like crazy. I didn't know Destiny 2 was such an arousing game.
IGN 11/10 would do again for Destiny 3

Was in Game over here, so glad I finally decided to go to a midnight launch again, last time was for the PS3. To anyone saying "that's why I preordered digital" fair enough, but then again I like my Cayde 6 figure and Destiny 2 keychain, goes nice with my ghost and strange coin I got from preordering physical editions.

1 ReplyTurns out the campaign is pretty much the same length as Destiny. There's more cutscenes to tie the story together but that "80 missions" line included every variant of lost sectors, flash points, etc.

Idc about weapon/ class/ power level spoilers but when you start posting story specific things that's when I start to get triggered lol.
