Personally i had 0 issues beside day one when it was being flooded by players. Iv never seen a moose but my guess your issue probably has something to do with your location.
What are using wired or wireless network? Wired would probably be ideal.

Im from Portugal. These bugs are weird, like, with some characters I was able to reach the strike but couldn't go past the part as soon as you see the boss (moose error), with other characters I can't even past the tower fase on the 1st mission.. Deleted all characters and the beta, installed it again, aaaaaaand it's all the same
