Hello I received a early access code from Amazon.uk and its already used. Amazon now ask if you could provide a reference number. Can you helpp me with that. they wont give me any spare if not. And once you get the reference number please get back to us with the Reference number and we will forward this to my internal team . And they will check with the manufacturer stating that customer has contacted them about the code and we need an new code as the previous one is not working." Thank you
