Has ANY news in D2 got you hyped?
We hear new D2 news damn near daily. But there hasn't been ONE piece of info that's gotten me excited. Every new report feels like a let down our bungie taking something away, am I alone in this?

Seems everything we find out that's changed has something to do with the way pvp is played... My hype has been going down by the week. Didn't pre order yet, ill play the beta for the non pre orders and make up my mind at that point I suppose.

nope. i've watched gameplay of the PVE strike and PVP matches and both do nothing to spark interest. they will have to make some major changes before release or i will probably skip this game.

Everything PVE sounds positive so far, except the "no variation for perks" (time will tell, but removing the bulk of the loot chase seems...well, idiotic atm). Adventures, lost sectors, flash points, an actual map...maybe even an an actual story?!? HYPED!

6 RepliesI watched a strike and it just seems like the same old Destiny to me, oh except now you get to use two primaries and have to choose between using a heavy or a special so it just takes forever to kill stuff.

They've made us weak little bitches in Destiny 2 Watered down, bland, vanilla 2 primaries for a raid, no sniper and heavy Slower TTK Little customization of armor, subclasses, or weapons You can't spec your cooldowns for PVE Everyone gets the same exact weapons Only 4v4 What's the common denominator for every single piece of bad news? All these decisions were made to help Bungie manage the game. Mostly for balance. 4v4 was about better connections because they were too cheap to deliver dedicated servers. I guess they forgot to make decisions for the user experience.

When the trailer dropped and we learned a bit of new things, I was excited. Since then, I've been disappointed and turned away from Destiny 2 because every time there's something "new" it's just Bungie removing something from the game. Hopes for Destiny 2 being an improved and worthy sequel are running low.
