Your right it well get the job done, but why wouldn't a person splurge and get something that is going to last more then 2 years

You don't have to that's the cool thing you can stick with your parts and keep playing games on most budget builds for years without upgrading. And then if you chose to you can splurge and buy a ultimate cruzer pc that will last you forever.
