I'd love for the lore to be part of the playable story rather than a separate grimoire, even if it's in the form of a book that you pick up and read in-game.
What do you think?

Much much bigger areas to explore for pve. The lack of space from vanilla Destiny was ridiculous, and it only expanded slightly once all DLC had dropped. There should be multiple areas for each planet, with each at LEAST as big as the one area we got with D1. They mentioned so many other areas of Earth and we never got to see any of it.

in game LFG system. Asking around in game was always so hit or miss and having to jump out for a third party solution was way to complicated.

Edited by bFLY: 4/8/2017 5:08:44 PMHonestly, just a better, more cohesive story. I love a good story. Destiny lore is interesting to me, so if they can tell the story better in D2 I'll be happy. Also, more PvE events and optional matchmaking for nightfalls and story missions for us solo players who don't want to have to lfg or go solo for everything. It's annoying enough having to lfg for raids, I see no point in why we can't at least have optional matchmaking for nightfalls and story missions. None of my friends play Destiny, and I've always had trouble finding consistent clans, so this would help a lot in D2. More guardian customization. I want to make my guardian look like me. I'm a black guy, and would love to have my guardian look like me both in facial features and skin color and even hair styles. Destiny 1 has a few options that can give me somewhat what I'm looking for, but the rest are not suitable. Add beards and goatee, and a few more tattoo options and I'll be a happy guardian. Nothing cooler than doing badass shit with a character that looks like you. Other games do it, so I know destiny can.

Less lag in PVE and PVP. I have always hated using heavy or supers to no effect and not getting them back.

5 RepliesEdited by Demogrim: 4/8/2017 1:50:15 PMHere are a few things I hope will be included in Destiny 2 or associated with Destiny 2. - Individual character names. - Fourth character slot (so players having three characters appearances brought forward does not clash with the hope of trying out new customization options) - More PvE Vehicular based combat, more different types of vehicles(to summon as 'your' vehicle), possibly flying vehicles? - Jumpship use/space combat. Player owned/clan ships to dock and display your jumpship collection(see my Ketch post). - Fallen playable race(pretty please). - Appearance slot tab or transmogging, weapons included. Some blues and even greens/white weapons looked fantastic. - Exposure esque, experiment, or ritualistic interactions that may alter our character's appearance or even visual flairs/minor buffs. Obtaining Thorn and Necrochasm just made me wanna get into some Hive business my guardian "shouldn't have done". Dark Guardians and whatnot. - Buildable rep with some enemy factions. I sympathize with the Eliksni, I find it too hard to believe that they cannot be reasoned with. - Consumables for temporary elemental primary damage(if the primary is without). - Better crafting system. The customization of the Khvostov(?) got me thinking about building weapons. And to my next point: - Seperare PvP and PvE gear/stats/etc. The crafted weapons would not be permitted in PvP due to the numerous(hopefully) variables associated with making a powerful weapon archetype. - Gathering professions. More than just picking a planet for the right material. Different materials required for different crafting professions(weapon parts for Gunsmith etc) Here is a last request regarding our 'Destiny 1' careers when Destiny 2 releases: (Copied from Cosmo's Destiny 2 thread) When Destiny 2 launches and our Destiny 1 accomplishments are supposed to be 'honored' in some way. Would it be possible to honor them based (h)on our Bungie.net accounts? As clans carry from the website to both Xbox One and PS4, I was really hoping that players planning on switching consoles could have their accomplishments still honored. I(and many others) have clocked well over 2000 hours into their Destiny experience... im not sure my heart can take starting over in 'Destiny 1' on a different console just to have all of those hours aknowledged in Destiny 2. Same goes for players buying the PC version of Destiny 2. Anyway those are my suggestions! Thanks for reading fellow Guardians.

A patrol where guardians can fight other guardians. Like the darkness zone in the division.

Servers that actually work !!!
-
1 ReplyRegional Dedicated Host Servers. I am so very tired of the Peer to Peer One Console as Host net code in Destiny 1. If 1 or more people have poor (yellow to red bar) connection, then Crucible, Strikes or Raids turn into a fecal storm of teleporting unkillable enemies and broken game mechanics. So no Regional Dedicated Host Servers = no sale of Destiny 2

Another bolt action sniper Throwing knife variations Exotic Class items that actually augment the characters skills

3 RepliesNew enemies (new species and new additions to old enemies) Good story Kickass loot 😂 Maybe open world stuff MORE EARTH LOCATIONS

Edited by Starwolf444: 4/8/2017 3:26:29 PMAbility to choose what my guardian says, more character slots, more character customization on physical appearance, dedicated servers, 60 FPS, Roam Mercury and the gas giants, roam planets outside the solar system, open worlds, new subclasses, and much more.
-
What I want so see: 1. Dedicated Servers. 2. 60FPS. 3. 60/60 Tickrate. 4. PvE/PvP Separation. 5. Open Worlds with secrets and dungeons to explore. I couldn't care less about graphics.

Elemental engram dops so you can apply the Element into. Whatever primary you want

1.full partners. 2 I'm talkin' prime equity stock options! Comprehensive health care! Full dental, traveling HMO, and the first twenty weeks of psychiatric care free of charge! The way it should be!

Open world without boundaries

1. In-game Grimoire. 2. More involved social areas. 3. Factions like FWC, NM, DO should offer more faction-related quests, rewards, and selecting one over another should mean something. 4. More freedom to remove cosmetic/useless items from vault space. 5. Keep raids at current max light levels as well as original levels, they are super-fun progression and worth re-visiting. 6. PVP should not dictate PVE metrics and vice-versa. Too much drama has ensued to appease PVP YouTube streamer Twitch yahoos. 7. Be more transparent with your fan base. We love this game, even when we hate something. But that door swings both ways. Here's to hoping the forum posters calm the hell down.

A wave after wave game mode! :)

More Bungie Bounties on Xbox..
-
An inside helmet like in halo but better, maybe class specific distinctions
-
Being able to pick up dead enemy weapons and / or some type of weapon sharing system with your clan.
-
Things to shoot. That's all I care about.
-
A more connected world. Jumping from social space to ship to outside the city would look, and feel amazing. And in-game lore would be great. Maybe even relationships with NPC's? And more choice, for a game named 'Destiny' I sure don't have much say in it. Please Bungie, make it worthwhile.

Rahools head on a pike
