Crucible is dead
There is no incentive to play it. Either you're the team getting off on your full fireteam sweat stomping the randoms or you are the randoms paired with people who scatter everywhere and get picked apart. Mercy rule means nothing and "we're breaking up those teams" means nothing... You will still be match made with the same people. I'm not grinding out Shax bounties to get shitty rewards. Boring af.

I'm making a statement about how shitty the crucible is. I miss how it was before. Just because I'm not "grinding out" Shax bounties doesn't mean I'm not going to play anymore , I'm just simply in no hurry to play as much as I used too. Not having anyone to team up and play with is kinda boring. If you have any communities or clans that seem to have fun then recommend them to me. Cheers guardians.

4 RepliesWhat's the incentive to play cod once you hit level 55 prestige 1. You have all guns/perk unlocked by this time and This only takes about a week to complete. Only reason to keep going is to prestige, which is just doing the same thing over and over. Yet people continue to play cod for the same reason people play destiny pvp. Because it's fun.

Regular crucible has always been quite stale. Tis why must pvp players don't play until Friday............. trials :)

It's dead for me for now. I have thousands of hours under my belt mostly in crucible. It's just unbearable. Fusion nades, no land beyond. The side arms don't bother me so much. I play mostly 3v3 and rumble so the patch affected me a lot. I'm sick of bungie creating these broken weapons and doing improper testing. And then the community complains because they nerf them. Then don't release broken guns in the first place! Test them and then release them. I've just gotten on to Halo 5. 60fps, dedicated servers. The game is extremely sweaty but I'm just loving the consistency and lack of bullshit from the devs.

I don't think Crucible is dead , but maybe they could just do some different drops for guardians that are more focused on Crucible

No problem finding a match here. Dead? Not until Destiny 2... and even then it will be on life-support but not dead.
