RIP Fusions again

I felt the same way at first, but as I plays throughout the week, I've realized that I'm getting far more special ammo than ever before. And it's great because this update has discouraged most shotgun users from using such weaponry. Which has been allowing me to use my Plan C and such way more often. I've been absolutely wrecking people with fusion rifles. Although I do wish that, in stead of removing all special, they would just reduce the amount taken away to whatever's in reserve, and don't touch what's in the mag.

Fusions are in a better place than shotguns. I see more fusion kills than shotgun in pvp these days. A nicely rolled saladins vigil will have you mapping people easily.

Haven't tried 3v3, but in 6v6 fusions are still blasting.

I disagree. I still main fusions. Ammo pops up so regularly that if you don't run out and die every 10 secs that usually by the time I do die special is back up. It kind of makes it like a mini heavy round every time I go for the box because people are baiting them with. Which adds a extra challenge that I actually kind of like. Plus my saladins vigil and vacancy absolutely wreck most sidearm users. Don't give up on other specials just because you lose the ammo. Still extremely viable

1 ReplyThe best way to make fusion rifles viable is and has always been to make them hold a charge for 5 seconds and then vent if you don't fire "to prevent overheating", causing you to lose that round of ammo. The queen bow 15 seconds, but it generates a light effect to draw attention even if not aiming down sights. Debuffs, you can't run with them charged, which means that shotguns and sidearms still have an advantage, they make a lot of noise so you will hear them around corners. Under the current system there is nothing wrong with working them this way. Just hold the trigger to charge the system, then release to fire.

It's too bad I'm really good with them, I'll still destroy with them if my team is controlling the special.

I mean you could chose side arms? Then you have incredible options in the side arm class. Failing that....... You could chose a special weapon? Worm maggot, havok penguin or Passer of tressness?

1 ReplyGive Queen breakers a go, you can keep pretty far back and surprise people, it's like the ultimate flank weapon, pretty good at all ranges and can sometimes shoot through the flinch. I've been loving it recently. Just don't go challenging good snipers just pre-charge the double peekers

I have a Saladin vigil but I like 77 wizard better but plan c is like one of the best if not the best fusion rifle haven't seen queenbreaker users in a while.
