THE ONLY HOPE FOR DESTINY 2
-Boycott that trash while you still can-
At least until BUNGIE gets rid of the fun hating CEO, the entire incompetent development staff, and even the marketing team who lies with EVERY DLC.
Im not saying just because this recent patch failure, but because this kind of crap has been going on since the first DLC.
These guys SUCK at their jobs,
-They lie about what content is coming with your next DLC purchase then fall back to the EULA excuse when they advertise content and take it away after or just before purchase (Reforging, Exotics) ,
-They have absolutely NO IDEA how to separate PvP changes from PvE (That's a Red Flag)
-They cannot even come close to a half balanced PvP even after 2 years of using us as test dummies (thanks)
-They keep releasing patches WITHOUT testing them, or not testing them properly.
-They cant even create new content and just keep reskinning everything. obviously. Taken are Hive and Cabal with pretty much just a shadow shader slapped on, SIVA are fallen with a SIVA shader on...Basically.
These guys are just all out incompetent.
This is exactly what you can expect in Destiny 2 unless something extreme is done. They need to replace Mr "throw money at your screen" and replace the whole staff if you guys ever want a solid Destiny 2 experience...that's an obvious fact, backed by 2 years of constant BS from Bungie.
Advertising Dedicated Servers is going to be their main selling point but that's not even going to matter if these are the same people, who slowly mutilated this game, are the ones working on the next one.
Get new staff Bungie, your teams are all out of excuses and have been exposed as totally incompetent and incapable of firmly holding the weight of this franchise.

2 RepliesAm I the only one that's just flabbergasted by the fact that the sandbox team still has a job after the 5th patched they've messed up? They really need to take advice from top tier players in order to get this shit right yet they keep throwing shit at us expecting it to work. This patch wouldn't be so horrible if sidearms weren't already OP and No Land would have flinch added on. 6v6 and skirmish are fine with the special nerf IMO but elim is just everyone camping with no land or all three rushing with sidearms because there's no counter to them.

3 Replies1 thing is for certain. If we can't at the very LEAST bring our shaders, emblems, sparrows, ships and holiday items to D2 (I don't care about the actual character) then I'm out. Character. Gear. Items. I don't really care about, but I at least want to carry over the things I spent money on in this game. I will not re-purchase new stuff for a new game when we were told flat out, we will keep our guardians for the next 10 years. Had we known otherwise, I know for myself, I never would have made that investment.

3 RepliesI have no reason at all to think D2 will be a miracle. That is what it will take to make D2 good. I have lost all confidence that Bungo will deliver what we want. Which for me is a AAA PvE game as originally intended. Screw PvP, yes I enjoy PvP but not at the expense of PvE and streamers and Trials. Right now I'm not investing my hard earned into a game that uses it for shite, like Trials and pleasing streamers........ If thats Bungo's intention, then they can swing high for my cash because it's not coming there way... For me, my fingers are firmly crossed for ME Andromeda.... Wake up Bungo, the masses are shouting at YOU!

Other developers will see how well this game could have been, i suspect right now there's devs put there making a similar game to Destiny but better.

There is none. My only hope is that some other game developer makes a PvE focused co-op loot shooter, and gets it right.

There is nothing left of this Destiny... Bungie knows that. All these mini expansions and weekly updates are just there to make us think something is going on behind the scenes. The problem is Bungie can't just come out and say they have completely abandoned ship and will no longer focus on Destiny because then they would have a legal issue at hand being they promised so much more content. They are legally squeaking by so to speak. Don't expect much

However buried deep, I'm talking DEEP within all the bullshit there is one of the greatest games of all time. Just the way the gameplay feels in pve and pvp has kept me going for all this time.
