is anyone else actually enjoying this hotfix?
I'm having a great time running through crucible with my scout rifle and actually getting kills.
I go on the forums expecting to see similar opinions to me, but it's a bunch of toxic posts about unplayability. I understand that "the unsatisfied speak louder than the satisfied" but this is crazy.

I have to say I am about to log in the first time since the patch. And I am excited to see less shot guns although I was a culprit to use them too when I actually played crucible. I also am not too sad about the health regeneration. I die alot on my titan and Hunter because I am so used to the crutch of embrace the void and life steal. So i need to learn to play a little more conservative

I have been having tons of fun. I want those health regen perks changed back though.

2 RepliesNope. Really struggling at the min, tried using a few different primaries last night and just kept getting blitzed by sidearms. People are using a similar play style to shottys, but with sidearms instead. And to be fair it's working for them. So my next load out is going to be mida/NLB and a side arm.

lovin it so far. people are just closeminded as fck. can't adapt, play diverse and actually know the game. they have no idea what they are talking about. form your own opinion for once, and git gud. it's what seperates the rookies from the men.

I was killed once by a shotgun in 9 games last night. That alone makes this patch 10/10 in my book!

Weapon changes are great. Changes to subclasses were uncalled for.

It's a hot what? Fix? What did they fix? Seems like a whole load of broken things to me. From now on we shall call it the hotbreak.

I'm enjoying it, mainly because of the changes to hand cannons, and the diversity we're currently seeing with primary weapons. I'm slightly miffed about the voidwalker changes, but I'll adapt and keep on enjoying myself. I think auto rifles aren't quite where they need to be yet. But it's good.

I'm having a blast, I think it highlights how some guardians really struggle with primaries. Also there's that added twist of the knife if you pop them just as they've picked up special, now that's rubbing salt in the wound. Sidearms are so gonna get nerfed tho and I wish I had a Y3 icebreaker for Frontier.

Nope.. boring and dull now. Not the game I bought at launch. Even less now sets it apart from any other bland FPS currently out.

It's a primary meta so you don't need special as much just use a sidearm

Enjoying the weapon changes, other than red death and suros getting their perks messed up, subclass changes will hopefully get fixed along with the 2 mentioned gun perks. My problem is the constant lag in every match, it was never great but since the hot fix seems like every match i go against 3 red bar players,and since I've been doing rift for the bounty it's almost unplayable.

Too early to say anything imo. It'll take a couple weeks to be able to decide if the new meta is better than the old one. Because there will be a new meta. This is just the moment of chaos before people find it.

4 RepliesI don't use anything that got nerfed, i main hand cannons and high impact autos like suros, i run mask of the third man and the perk whick gives back super energy when i use bladedancer, and i use ionic blink when i use stormcaller, i use special weapons but my shotgun is not my primary, and if i use a sniper i use icebreaker or ldr... I'm loving the hotfix

5 RepliesUm no, my entire loadout revolved around Red Death and Transfusion because I ran low Recovery, this sucks for me right now.
