Gannon is a better villain. Having said that, Handsome Jack is way up there with some of the best villains in gaming. By the time you get to him, you really do want to kill him for all his constant taunts and barbs and his general asshole behaviour. Despite his nature, his dialogue is never, ever annoying, heck, he carries most of Borderlands 2 storyline and sets the tone for the whole entire game.

Nah... prophet of truth in halo 2, he seemed so sophisticated and suave, the voice actor did a great job. He was also very manipulative and devious as he never gave away his true motive... then he was ruined (opinion) in halo 3 when they turned him into a crazy extremist who gave away his plans all the time

Saren from ME1 would like to have words.

Silver the Hedgehog. Its no use for Handsome Jack to even try to come toe to toe with him. But seriously, I can safely say Handsome Jack is far from the best game villain, and I'm a big fan of Borderlands.

Edited by Warlock: 2/6/2017 3:38:05 PMHe's definitely one of the best, at least. My personal favorite though is Jon Irenic Baulder's Gate 2

1 ReplyAs much as I love jack, what no General Serrano love in this thread?

As someone who's played plenty of Borderlands, my vote goes to GLaDOS.

Either lavos from chrono trigger or the prophet from halo 3

1 ReplyHe's debatably a hero he did in his mind what he thought was good the betrayal of everything as he knows it carved him to the brink of insanity

Agreed

1 ReplyI disagree. Obviously Herbert P. Bear from Club Penguin

No. I have played many games with tons of villans, and honestly gotta disagree. One villainous figure that stands out to me is the Marker from Dead Space and the wackjob satanists that worship it...
