The flinch from hcr on clever dragon is broken. It's the only thing that needs adjusting

Maybe they will just increase damage fall off or the effect of high caliber rounds on pulses to balance it out.

Then what's the point in having perks to give the gun an edge if it's just going to be the same gun without perks?

I know. Its just that its hard to find a balance that appeases both sides. Really dont care that much still love my nirwins. But people will cry for nerfs and i am trying to see if there is a way for pulses to still be top notch without people complaining which is hard. Sorry if I offended you in any way.
