Damage drop off is the answer.
Doesn't matter about pin point accuracy if I can gun you down faster when you're out of range.
Tired of these crappy players thinking they have a clue about what they are talking about.
Handcannons used to not have bloom.
Auto rifles were better before.
Pulse rifles were better before. Think Messenger.
Bloom isn't necessary.

while removing bloom will make hand cannons freaking OP, I have kept all sorts of rolls that I know will be stuuuuupid OP if that ever happens. REMOVE BLOOOOOM!
