  • Wow look at the biased wanted buffs to titan. No nerfs for them, just warlock and hunter. Funny thing is titan is the meta right now and you want them to be buffed even more. Smh

    • The Chaperone definitely doesn't need a range buff sir, it already actually has the most range of all the shotguns in the game (as long as you just land the headshot)

    • All scout rifles need stability buffs, you shouldn't have to fire this weapon below it's innate maximum ROF in order to keep it on target. As it stands the weapon is already the least balanced and least competitive weapon in crucible, you shouldn't have to struggle to keep it on target in addition to it's other natural failings. Otherwise no iron sight short range scopes need to come with an impact buff or there needs to be an inverse of damage falloff where firing at very close range results in an impact and stagger increase. Otherwise HCR needs to be an inate perk of the weapon type allowing it to stack with explosive rounds to double stagger which will make it competitive against pulse rifles. I'm done with people pretending this weapon is balanced. Bungie reports it's weapon kills. You don't get a confirmed kill count like is reflected on this weapon if it's balanced. The problem is they just aren't willing to assign it a specific role. Hand cannons are close range, ARs are mid range, pulse rifles are long range... Then someone said "What role to scouts play?" and they responded "uhhhh, oh crap, there are four primaries aren't there... Uhmmm.... Just... Uhm, leave it like it is and we'll figure out a way to balance it against the more competitive weapons later?" Go look at the math. The weapon isn't balanced and it isn't competitive and it's because they can't figure out how to do anything about it.

                  • Your Sunsinger tweaks are not good. Leave us alone. We need buffing, yeah, but some of your ideas are just NOT the way to go. I've mained Sunsinger ever since I unlocked the subclass. Leave the buffing ideas to us.

                      I like how you totally omited heavy weapons like they didn't need some rebalancing, just saying. Edit: I'll help you a little. Exotic heavys in general: Increased drop rate of heavy ammo packs on the battlefield (like, for real, you can run a strike and not see a single ammo pack and that's the main reason I always use Ruin Wings). Machine Guns: Increased ammo capacity to original levels. Slight recoil reduction across the board. Fixed recoil issues with Abbadon and Nova Mortis (and for the love of god, give them a new skin, the one they have it's horrible). Rocket Launchers: Increased ammo capacity to original levels. Slight buff to projectile speed and blast radius across the board (it would be in total, not added to the stat representation, so it would be noticeable by only looking at them). Swords: Ammo buff up to 75. Bolt Caster: Increased cast and travel speed of the arc disc. Increased the number of tics the disc does on impact. Young wolf's howl: Decreased the cost of the special attack and increased radius and damage of it's blast and time it stays after detonation.

                      Hereafter will never be useful with that big of a wait to blind. More range on it just adds another annoying blanket effect and not being reliable just adds rng to the game. Keep it precise and just have it blind immediately and consistently. Then the forced zoom is balanced.

You obviously have put a lot of thought into it, and I hate to see no real conversation regarding it, but the issue is, I could respond to things I agree with, and disagree with, but it would be lengthy, and hard to follow to a certain extent, because my post explaining my thoughts would be just as long as the initial post. Right off the bat, I was going to respond to a few things, till I realized just how long the post was. My suggestion for these things is keep things more simple for ease of discussion. Make a post per subject. example hand cannons. You can over over each exotic, and then the legendaries. Then a post about warlocks ect.

                      • Would like to see Full Auto\ Rangefinder on Shotguns to ONLY appear in the final column. They should NEVER appear together in a role. Also, HCR should be removed from everything like Shot Package was. It ruins the long range game in Crucible (Snipers, Scout Rifles, somewhat Handcannons) and the flinch is absolutely ridiculous

                          Thunderstrike does not need to be nerfed. Golden Gun should not give extra armor nor should it heal Hunters.

                          • This must be a big issue for you with all that typing. But why? All these changes could be made, and you still will not be able to melee kill a level 4 vandal with a single melee hit, it is just the way the game balances everything. Some things are not meant to be killed easily, and no matter how powerful you can become they will still be a hard kill solo.

                                  • Sadly, I see very little patches and weapon tuning occurring for the remainder of Destiny 1's lifecycle. With Destiny 2 we should be getting a fresh sandbox, so hopefully it never comes to people having to post on the forums like this (nothing wrong with your post, just tired of weapon balancing being a problem).
