I think warlocks got hit way too hard by that nerf. Well you know I'm talking about fire bolts. Tell me didn't everything it could do was nerfed. It's burn, the distance it could be tossed, the reaction it takes to activate, and the distance it can go to hit someone. Also even if you toss it at a hunter if they shade step it deactivates. Also the Melee's shield activation gives the enemy a free couple of shots or a strong melee but if even if you do get the shield its useless because they weakened it BUNGIE weakened it. The fact of hunters taking one or more grenades from each of the warlocks are overpowered. They wombo, triple jump, invisibility, that helmet that allows shade, a super that deactivates other supers, and a tracking through walls perk. All warlocks got in each sub class is a good melee, grenade and super.
Edit: I'm tired of using the best and losing against some one who just doesn't care a shots like a chilled back guy with aim bot.

13 RepliesIf you think that a night stalker is stronger than voidwalker or stormcaller.....
you're wrong
-
Nightstalker is balanced mor classes need to be like it.
-
5 RepliesJust sticky them if FB is not working axion will track them across the map if thats not working just put on your SG range melee on SC
-
4 RepliesWarlocks dominate melee encounters. You can activate an over shield just from hitting someone. You can run storm and hit people pretty far away. In my experience warlocks win most times when in comes down to a melee battle. If a night stalker has you trapped in smoke then that's just tough luck for you and well played for him. If he didn't have smoke you would of more than likely slapped him to death without a sweat. Warlocks lack in the speed department imo. Shade shouldn't unstick your nades either.

My friend uses his warlock to carry people in trials. He kicks ass with it.
-
30 RepliesI don't think a class that can smack people from ten feet away and then follow up with a shotgun will struggle against Nightstalkers.
-
4 RepliesWarlock is basicly PvE. I think you just confirmed my thinking about Warlocks.
-
1 ReplyI play gunslinger almost exclusively. But switching to nightstalkers is my crutch cuz well shade saves lives

*sniff* thank u for noticing *sniff* someone cared *sniff* *sniff*

8 RepliesI main a lock just stick everything that moves. :/

Lmao if your losing to a hunter as a warlock you got outplayed... massively

Nightstalker just has good overall survivability. I'd like to think that most players say the opposite - that hunters can't contest warlocks in CQC. But I personally disagree - also biased being that Storm is my favorite subclass. Nightstalker is a close 2nd though. & I feel powerful on Nightstalker still. The choppy and unpredictable movements are verrrrry powerful - especially with Bones. And Spike nades are strong as well, so it doesn't feel like the nades are completely useless. The thing that really does frustrate me though....is how they can shadestep axion bolts anytime. You should have to hit it perfectly; like with arc/firebolts. Not jus any random shadestep and the nade becomes totally useless. the fact they completely stop taking damage from stormtrance when they shadestep. & how they shadestep melees. Other than that...they're just incredibly frustrating to play against. But reeeeeeally fun to play with lol.

1 ReplyATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION I AM PART OF THE HUNTER COUNCIL AND REPRESENT THEM, THIS MEMBER ***** IS NOT IN THE COUNCIL ANYMORE, HE WAS KICKED OUT DUE TO THE FACT HE IS A SHEER DUMBASS, HE DOES NOT REPRESENT THE DELEGATION OF ELITE HUNTERS. HAVE A GOOD DAY
-
1 ReplyTruth right here. A Voidwalker cannot beat a Nightstalker
-
19 RepliesEdited by Jio: 12/19/2016 8:18:30 PMThey have triple jump and shadestep, and those are the only advantages they really have. They have more mobility. Warlocks have the least mobility of any other class, but they can better hold their ground.

6 Repliesthe sunsinger my favorite subclass was built around burn. Then bungie and when I say bungie I mean competitive streamers decided that burn was a broken mechanic so the subclass was and is doomed.
-
13 RepliesI feel ashamed using a nightstalker. I used to main warlocks since beta on the PS3. And I do have a warlocks but it's on a another account. It's the bow that doesn't let me leave my nightstalker.
-
2 RepliesThey only merged the burn they didn't need the grenade at all

1 ReplyEdited by RadiantVoid31: 12/19/2016 2:30:08 AMVoidwalker for life.
Or Stormcaller when it's Arc Burn.
2 RepliesAs a Hunter main, I have no problems taking on Nightstalkers. Recently I took my Sunsinger for a spin and it was even easier to counter Nightstalkers. I just threw on those fusions and my Hawkmoon and it was smooth sailing. You just have to be evasive.
-
3 Repliesreach PvP rank 3 on your hunter Grim card atleast before spouting shit.
-
1 ReplyI like solar grenades and always have. The viking funeral nerf hurt but they are useable depending on your play stile. My favorite part of running sunsinger though is Tlaloc. Since the super isnt all that helpful in 6's. If I am in trials or a 3v3 I use voidwalker.
-
1 Reply
. All warlocks got in each sub class is a good melee, grenade and super.
So every part of a sub class
-
LOL sunsinger is a PvE subclass what the hell are you doing?
-
5 RepliesI think you have to explore more of the Sunsinger perks. It has a lot more to offer than what you are mentioning. It does feel disjointed a bit but still try out Angel of Light and Push with fusion rifles. Once you get it you will fall in love =)
