Um, a question to some
Is it really difficult to use the proper element in strikes?
Why use all void or solar during arc burn, you only put yourself at a disadvantage. Not to mention Xur is selling the Supercell, yet people still don't use arc. Like come on, you can't be this hard headed...
But I know some might not have arc, that's fine, but almost 100% unlikely. And the funnier thing is, I see some using the crappiest weapons, no upgrades, terrible perks, etc.

2 RepliesSome people are working on quests and bounties and prefer being more time effective than others. Strike burns make strikes easier, but in no way not abusing the burns put any strain on the player. Strikes are overall very easy no matter what weapons you are using

1 ReplyAre you really going to be that picky? If you complete the strike it doesn't matter what people use. If I want to use sunbreaker I'll use it, or if I want to pull out the vex mythoclast I'll use it. People have a choice of what guns they want to pick, you can't decide that for them.

2 RepliesI ran my hunter on nightstalker to be the orb machine for my team, harrowed smite of merain with firefly cuz I like watching they're heads explode, arc sniper and arc launcher. WHAT? Tell me I'm not playing right cuz I don't use that P.O.S zhalo.. pfft

1 ReplyI don't always match the subclass to the burn as the majority of kills come from the guns themselves which should ALWAYS match the burn. I don't always use Zhalo during Arc weeks because I'm too lazy to switch lol

I'm also very poor from buying enough Exotic Shards to stop me from buying anything from Xur.

Worry about yourself, dude. All the strikes are solo able. When I solo queue, I just pretend I'm soloing it. I'll always rez my team mates and help them progress, but you just worry about your gear and your playstyle. The rest will fall into place.

If I want to use a void based croissant I will & I will dominate with it because I am a naughty God. It's not my problem if you can't keep up with my out of the box, hammer time, envelope pushing playstyle. It may appear to the outsider that I'm an orb more than I'm alive. It may APPEAR, to those uninitiated in the way of mega-fu, that I can't hit a barn door with my no land beyond primary & I keep trying to shoot knights with my party crasher +1 from three miles away before pulling out my level 200 sword and swinging it aimlessly around for a few seconds before getting 1 shot my a sniper but I have them exactly where I want them. [spoiler]*does the challenge dance*[/spoiler]

Try playing a low level strike with randoms. It'll give you perspective :)

24 RepliesThis week is arc burn...and i use a not yet fully upgraded sunsinger with solar nades, my fake bringer, void sniper, and raze lighter...but guess what? I still get way more kills and have fun using the weapons and subclass i want. Some of us dont need a burn to be effective killing machines... ;)

I use dragons breath with iron harvest as I generate more orbs than people could dream of
