COD IW is a $1
And that's probably to much lol. Gamestop is running a promo if you trade in any of these games you can get COD for $1. Translation, IW sales are shit.
Funniest part is Farming Simulator 2017 is on the list. Anyway, I thought it was funny. Here is the list.

[spoiler]I went to into the campaign to have fun. I came to play a game and shoot things with lasers. You know what I got? I got sad.[/spoiler] I haven't really liked the recent cods, but infinite warfare is alright.

4 RepliesLol, ofcourse sales would be less, a lot of gamers already had their negative opinion on the game before they knew anything about it. The game could have been a solid 10/10 and it would still sell less because of petty bandwagoning. It still is a commercial succes but indeed much less than previous years. I still don't get you people, what did that game ever do to you that so many apperently hate on it, if I don't like a game, and yes I don't like CoD in general, I just don't buy and move on. Maybe that is too reasonable for some. At least something good might come out of this and Activision will rethink their strat concerning CoD, but too be fair it will probably still be the same game with just a slight setting change, which was what people whined about anyway.

It's still sold more than all of those games... Even then those are all relatively new games, so that's basically how much it would've cost anyway...

2 RepliesI don't see how a company doing a promo or on extension a company cutting a games price, having multiple traded in copies of a game (10+) or essentially begging you to buy a certain game translates to bad sales. By that logic I've run into a number of games with bad sales.

Works like this: gamestop pays no more then $30 for $60 retail sale(standard 50% markup) you trade in a game they're gonna resell for $49 used. They are still making $20 per trade. Good business!!

It's gamestop's decision, not activision.
