I really do not understand this. A fusion is a just a medium range shotgun with charge rate that sometimes has the lucky y1 range. Sometimes they are inconsistent, but most of the time they work and when they do, they shit on shotguns. The skill set is about the same as a shotgun unless you are going for the map kill Sidearm. Basically a watered down, more consistent last word. Especially Trespasser and Dreg's promise. Both are very powerful and can go head on with last word and even handcannons So, how exactly are they true skill guns? They are easy to use, and have more range than shotguns This isn't y1/ y2 before april update when fusion were so trash they weren't bothered with and sidearms were shitty weapons due to hitscan.
