Microtransaction was added to the game to fund the live team. Every damn live event is closely base around microtransaction. Do we actually consider wearing a mask and running the same old strikes new content? Wtf is with this community?!

They claim the micro transactions were to fund events, yet the only content in these events are micro transaction packs. So how is titan fall 2?

I was so excited to play in this event because I missed it the first two years (got the game Christmas year one, system died summer year 2 didn't get a new one until Christmas). I immediately started playing the quest and finished in a few hours and much to my surprise all though I should be used to it there was nothing else to do. The fact that I have to pay to get goodies when the event is based on a day that gives away free goodies is ridiculous. This repetitive money grab is pathetic and It's getting out of hand… I don't always post but when I do, I'm normally ignored… -DarkKnightLAX

Bungie is getting everyone suited up for Destiny 2 when they really unleash the shit show of what they have in mind for the future of this game. The game really has taken a wrong turn, not sure if its because of people leaving, or greed but the game really has turned quite a few people off including myself. I literally stopped playing cold turkey after the last update. The artificial obsoletion is what gets me. So much content and they just "block it" or make it obsolete where its worthless. Or as such you put 50 hrs into doing stuff, then at the flick of a switch/update it only takes 2 hrs to do what once took 50. I think Destiny 2 will be literally a "casino" odds type game where the game is nothing but a constant grind, but theyll string it out cause instead of having 9 pieces of gear (armor/weapons, ghost etc) youll have 20+ thatll equate to your level, paired with shitty rolls, shitty RNG. Think about that and let it sink in. Im already guessing theyll have some type of break down system where as instead of just having 1 chest plate as a armor piece, youll get like a vest as your base piece then have to get 2-3 attachments or gadgets to put on it to level it up...so basically instead of just getting piece for a slot and your done, you'll have 3-4 pieces a main and secondaries for what was once just a single slot.

In Warframe you have also a good trading system that allows you to sell everything for ingame currency (not platinum). So even doubles are still worth something and there is no RNG other than the loot crates you find planty of in the levels.

The problem is lack of new content. The entire event is locked behind the paywall or the cool stuff in it. At least with Crimson doubles, we got the ghost for free. Even my name is BYF is saying it, and he is usually #1 Bungie defender. Literally no content in this update other than something that feels like work. The broom is cool, but you guys need to add more content. Not just reskin shit. Same thing happened last year before Call of Duty came out. You are basically forcing people to stop playing when Activision releases their next game. Look, Festival of the lost is completely free to play , it's not like you have to pay to play any of it.I understand that a lot of it is made to get money, but you can get a lot of crap like the Crota mask, the traveler mask, the new shaders, and even a treasures of the lost for free just playing. I mean what other game has a Halloween festival, for free? Just saying. And the stuff you can buy is purely cosmetic. Also it gives you the ascendant raisins grimoire card , which is quite amusing if you haven't read it. Edit 1: Okay other games have Halloween stuff, and what I mean by free is you don't have to pay to do some of it,you do have to pay for a lot of stuff though :(

Nothing is more important in destiny right now than this topic. Keep this trending. Bungie needs to start listening and stop ignoring the community they so clearly don't care about.
