And how often does that happen? Pretty sure I've played over 500 trials matches and I have never came across a "ddoser" half the people who say that they have just have shit connection.

 • I used to
"DDOS"
in halo to dick around mostly, never to win because I never had to do that to win, but it's more common than you would think. You'd be surprised to see what kind of l33t internet powers you can get for $15 a month.

 • While, I would generally regarded people like yourself as less than honorable, I appreciate your honesty. The community and Bungie would like to sweep cheating under the rug and act as if it's not an issue. It's actually people like you that expose it, and it's good to see.

 • Thing is, they actually used to do something about it in halo. Too many "random" disconnects in too many games by other players got me banned for 24 hours once. But that was the worst I ever got it. Sometimes I did D/C people for good reasons, like people that would team kill a bunch but just short of being able to be kicked or people playing ungodly awful music with their mic on, granted people can just mute them but we shouldn't have to all do that because they can't unplug their mic.

 • Ooh, it's not common! That's why I said I agree with you under normal circumstances. But there are a few who are cheating by somehow forcing people to disconnect.
