Gave a group their flawless by leaving...their response...
We were invited into their party on PS4 and they begged us to leave so they could win.
We were slightly stacked. (I'm 2200 elo and my friend is 1900)
Since it was their flawless we left because we felt bad.
Then the guy who was carrying started trashing us calling us "Scrubs" for leaving.
What did I learn from this : Never help anyone in Destiny because they don't appreciate any of it.
Edit : Thanks everyone for the support. Not going to list his name since I'm not an ass.
I'm just in shock that after what we did, I'd never expect for them to sit there and insult and disrespect us.
Edit 2 : I'm not mad about the loss. Just mad at that guys response. We put trust on them and it backfired.

I did the same thing. They were appreciative though. I highly doubt they were actually going for their first flawless like they said they were, but I don't really care. I was already flawless and can go flawless 8/10 times so it's not a big deal to me. It really just depends on the people you help man.

Yeh I was helping a kid because he said he was about to go flawless but then he missed all of his sniper shots while I was holding still multiple times. Then I decided that they could never even get to two wins so we came back from 4-0 and beat them 😂.

For those of you that don't belive the OP, if you look him up on Destiny tracker, he does have an 8-0 run with a quit in game 9. I can't say for sure if the rest happened, but he did go 8-0 then quit.

Me and my fireteam didn't buy boons mainly because we hate this map and just wanted a quick run got all the way to 8-0 and lost the last match and laughed about it because we would've been flawless a few games before that if we just bought the boons lol I'm crying on the inside.....

Then we tea bag them. I have won my last 102 games of Trials without loss. I have done a lot of tea baggin :D

My brother would've been over the moon with being given the flawless win. He only started back in Jan this year and we've been trying to pull him flawless but closest we got was 8-0 and then lost 2x in a row. I just can't carry too well ehe :') Point being, some people would be grateful... just not the bandits you happened to help :/

6 RepliesWas helping a guy go flawless awhile back (He's never been flawless), versed a team at 8-0 and got completely destroyed. Used our mercy and the very next match we got teamed up against them again. The leader of the opposite team asked one of us how many wins we were at and we replied 8-0 and one of us has never been flawless. Match goes on like normal but we did do slightly better (4-2 to them) On the last round they backed out to orbit and the guy in our fire team got his first flawless, he was super happy and sent the leader a massive thank you. Don't give up on the Destiny community just yet, sure you'll run into jerks but in my experience there's more good guys then bad
