PETITION: Replace Trickle with Mayhem

As fun as the first few weeks have been of the Challenge of Elders, there has always been one nagging thing that ruins the experience, of an otherwise good time had by all.
The assumption that these combinations are 100% random, follows the standard of what it means to assume.
Based on my knowledge of coding something like this, as an algorithm, seems redundant. Creating a cycled code to choose modifiers for something that changes on a weekly basis, is more work than writing the script that says: When timer reaches zero replace lines 89ff, 8a00 and 8a01 to next in sequence.
Replace or remove that code that links to Trickle.
You have to realize that Mayhem is moderately fun, in order for it to be replaced with Mayhem.
I have yet to hear a single complaint from anyone about having too much fun in MAYHEM crucible modes.

They'd have to balance something to keep it challenging for the player, maybe make enemies attack faster or do more damage

2 RepliesThat would just make it way too easy. Since the rewards can drop up to 335, Bungie will most likely want the mission to be difficult and challenging. The Nightfall on the other hand can have a Mayhem modifier because hardly anyone is doing the Nightfall for the rewards.

2 RepliesThere's should be no reason to have trickle during a melee bonus CoE. It takes so long to get any points only to have them deducted from your score for time. The absolute worst week of prison yet. I refuse to even do it. Bring the mayhem on.

Mayhem = feeling powerful for the first time in. Long time. I want a modifier like heavy iron - heavy weapon damage is increased. Or speed demon - agility for all is increased. maybe modifiers like weapon perks where we trade one stat for another. Like glass cannon - all damage you put out is greatly increased but you take greatly increased damage too. That could make a fun nightfall .

Add a Mayhem strike playlist that grants rep but not high loot. Boom. Instant replayability. I picked up a couple fellas from LFG to run nightfalls this week and it was so fun we ended up farming it for an hour just bc of how fun it was to feel powerful and destroy everything. I would play that mode for sure. BUMP X INFINITY--- Don't nerf hunters, nerf trickle or "tickle"

CoE was hard this week, the Nightfall was insanely easy. I got 11 3oC for the NF and got a 330 pulse rifle for CoE.
