Just as the title asks, what's exactly the difference?
If you look at some of the current trending threads in #Destiny they sound awfully a lot like feedback.
For example:
"The Problem with Destiny's Exotics" 203 likes and 251 comments.
Can we have SBMM in strikes please? 82 likes and 128 comments.

Precision Throwing Knife needs some loving. 9 likes and 39 comments (I guess everyone plays Titans these days)
And that's just from today. If you check "Highest rated" in #Destiny you'll see posts such as Our supers need a buff Bungie. 92 Likes 77 comments.
So what's my point? Despite all the wonderful feedback given in #Destiny not a single piece of it has ever been moderated, and purposely moved to #Feedback. Where it can be properly dealt with by Bungie staff by adding it to the "Wishlist".
I know what you're thinking that the wishlist is nothing more then Bungies fancy way of saying "waste basket" or "trash can". That's it's the place where good ideas go to be ignored and die. But common, give Cozmo, and Bungie the benefit of the doubt! Like that time they totally used that one guys idea for the...Ok, I've got nothing. They have never implemented a single idea since 2013 from the wishlist.
So what's the difference between the two forums? It's you and me, the little guy.
Lets face it Bungie has pretty much made all of B.net focused solely on Destiny. That #Destiny is simply #Feedbacklite. But every sub forum over the last year has developed into it's own little sub community. And if you hang out in it long enough, you start to recognize many posters and know what they are all about. For instance everyone knows how I'm a handsome, successful, and lucratively rich writer.
So I ask Bungie, please stop breaking up our little community by moving posts. Or to be fair at least break up theirs first so I don't have to click on #Destiny to read even more Feedback then I just previously did visiting here.
Much appreciated.

Bungie is always moving people's stuff without telling them. Forum posts to less relevant sections of the site, previously paid-for content behind manufactured paywalls ... those rotten eggs we had put aside for 'repainting' Deej's car. "Hey, your comment looks like some good #feedback ... so I'm going to put it in the #what's-on-the-menu-in-the-Bungie-cafeteria section, where it belongs." >:\

The way *I* look at it (not necessarily ANYONE else)... Destiny is general discussion, where we come to talk about stuff. Whether it's casual banter, *itching about nerfs, whatever. Feedback is + Hey Devs, I found this bug + Hey Devs, stop nerfing Fusion Rifles + Hey Devs, I think [x] is overpowered and here's why One is for general discussion, the other is for useful feedback about bugs and other issues.

3 RepliesChange your title to feedback , it says feeback dude

They have more butt-douching cliques over at #Destiny
What's the difference between Feeback and hashtag Destiny?
Bungie is indifferent to one, and despises the other. Take your best guess.

Bungie should combine these two forums, no need to split up their already dwindling community. Good job CBR for bringing this topic up.
-
I imagine that if someone creates a topic in the 'Destiny' forum it is because they want to discus that particular topic amongst their piers. Topics in the 'Feedback' forum tend to be addressed directly to Bungie in the hope that they will change something.

Bump. I see plenty of stuff in feedback that most certainly doesn't belong yet it never gets moved. If there's interpretive freedom of feedback for some users, it should be there for all users
-
The Master Chief approves this and would also like Bungie to speak up on this matter.
-
People don't know how to use #feedback, and use #Destiny because it gets attention faster. It's tag-baiting.

Problem is, they try to manipulate their fan base. #bumpfortruth
