This would be a great idea. Exotic Boot: Phoenix Talons. Grants Viking Funeral. Grants extra fire bolt charge. Increases arc distance and DoT for fire bolt. Grenade kills restore grenade charge. Increases Radiance duration. Increases special ammo capacity. Increases primary weapon reload speed. Reduces shoulder charge and shotgun damage by 75%, shotgun kills trigger over shield. Nerfs fusion rifles. Immune to smoke. Grants blink.

If warlock got exotic boots though would any one even use them. Unless they were really awesome they would just be like the Titan and Hunter exotic boots......chilling in our vaults collecting dust or used for exotic shards. Almost no one uses exotic boots because helms gloves and body armor are so much better in about 80% of all situations.

Why have an exotic boot engram, don't worry their will be one soon it's a game calm down

I picked no and here's why. Warlocks can already almost max out armor and stability. So if they were able to get a substantial amount of agility on a class that isn't too slow to begin with then you have a max set of armor recovery and agility without the use of sacrificing at least one of them. That doesn't seem too balanced. But if bungie notices this and they make the right decision then warlocks won't get agility boost leg armor. However because the warlock is bungies favorite class they might just put max agility on a warlock who knows. My second reason is because almost all of the warlocks exotics have two perks that really compliment their abilities. They are almost all strong and thee isn't any gimmicky exotics (with the exception of alchemist raiment). So with all of those exotics that really compliment the subclass and abilities such as nothing manacles, sunbreakers, void fang vestments and claws of ahmkara. Do you really need exotic boots? I personally don't think so. Feel free to comment your opinions I want to know what everyone thinks.
