Borderlands 3: Who do you want to be a Vault Hunter?
Who would you want joining the Vault Hunter Team in Borderlands 3?

The first one is a man who seems to have Eridian abilities, and wonders what answers might be in the vaults for his powers. Special ability: has dragon style wings on his back, and shoots explosive projectiles out of his hands. The second is a bounty hunter who decides to hunt vaults, for money, of course. Special ability: throws two bladed discs that ricochets off enemy's, when all enemies are dead, or the disc gets destroyed, the cooldown begins. The third is a scavenger who thinks the vaults will make her machines more powerful. Special ability: summons a floating miniature robot that guns down any enemies in the area. The fourth and final vault hunter is a human shaped robot with machine gun in his arm, need I say more? Special ability: Machine gun arm. I hope it sounds just as good as it did in my head.

I personally would like to see an all new crew of Vault Hunters. Would not mind seeing the previous VHs return in support roles. Don't get me wrong. I like the characters in that poll, but as NPCs, not playable characters.

Tiny Tina would be a really cool playable character. I was actually hoping they'd go a little steam punk themed. With new vault hunters and everything. The steam punk idea would probably work out for Borderlands well

I'd say any of the [spoiler]surviving[/spoiler] vault hunters from any of the games, spinoff or not, should make a return where it makes sense. Though I also believe that Gearbox has set themselves up for a mess of opportunities in regards to 3, and I can't help but imagine there being some new Vault Hunters being brought in to help. Maybe they'll find another one of the Sirens. Maybe a rank and file member of the Crimson Raiders has proven themselves to have what it takes to be a Vault Hunter between 2 and 3 Maybe somebody bought too much into VLADOF's advertising and joined the vault hunters thinking they were the revolution against the corps he/she is looking for. Maybe somebody from one of the Corporations that went out of business in Borderlands 1 decided the best way to get a job again would be to work with the Vault Hunters (like a member of S&[insert correct letter here], the original black and gold corporation). Maybe Gaige ended up making another robot, or two, or three, maybe ten. The only possibilities that really don't exist are: 1. People meant to be killed in 3 2. People who died before 3, unless something brought them back.

4 RepliesThe original 4 Vault Hunters. Although it wouldn't hurt to add Gunzerker, as he was the most Overpowered. Money shot, Grog Nozzle, Unkept Harold, Bee shield, Solo = RIP Every raid boss.

Finally, a thread about this! Anyway, I really would like to see Fiona as a playable vault hunter. I would also like to see Rhys, Vaughn and Sasha as supportive characters or something. If characters from the previous Borderlands games made an appearance, that'd be awesome, too.
