IB Drops Have Been Pretty Good!
I have to say that so far the IB drops have been the best in a very long time. In about 12 matches I have had 2-333 Heavy Weapons, 1-334-Boots, - 333 Boots, 1-333 Warlock Bond. The rate appears to be much better than recent banners.

I mean really not even a mote of light or a coin? nothing?? I've gotten in the top3 ME! I'm horrible at PVP and my 320 titan gets literally no reward, yet some 308 titan with a .02 kd gets a hakkon's hatchet at 311?seriously EVERYONE SHOULD BE GETTING REWARDS EVEN IF IT"S A RARE ENGRAM. I have been saying this since launch. Yes the items are apparently going up with one's light level the only reason I know this because of members from my fire-team getting all YAY about their drops. I'm Not trying to sound salty but honestly is asking too much just for One Haakon's Hatchet to drop even if it's poor roles? I've been trying to get one since the gun was introduced months ago same problem then too. :( I'm not asking for a lot just 1 iron banner not to totally screw me over.. I missed out on 1 rank 5 package before too which still was never resolved I honestly wonder if it ever will be... frankly I don't even feel like anyone even listens to me on the forums from your company.

4 RepliesAll I get are boots (and the odd auto rifle), always at 334 btw. I could open a Titan shoe store after this Iron Banner. Have yet to get a class item or rocket launcher drop, yet I see plenty of others get one. Not really fair as I really want a 335 class item, but I can see this IB being the same as the SRL drops where I never had one from that either.

Yup. I just needed a 335 class item. Played a few games, got teased by a 334 and a few games later got my 335 and now I'm done lol. Awesome loot system :)

Got a 334 Haakon's Hatchet with a crappy roll. I just infused it into my older HH. Also, i jumped into the tower at 11:57am (3 min before IB dropped) and the doors were open. I was still rank 5 and was able to get the Titan class item I needed. Only toon that didn't have an IB class item. My fireteam went and played about 4 games at rank 5 before we were finally reset to 0.

No shit, I've had a bout 20 335 rocket launchers but not 335 primary even though my character is 335. Smart loot?

Yup big thumbs up for the balancing and drops. I had a great time playing. Testing different weapons, finally can choose situational loadouts rather than having to choose one gun to compete.

They get better the higher light you are. Every drop I got last night was 335 (playing on 332 hunter). We played 11 matches and I got a launcher, helmet, boots, and a cloak. Great infusion material for other armor and weapons. I'm really enjoying the updated leveling system.

1 ReplyYes they are pretty good - but not for feckin' me! I can have the best k/d - 14.0 in one game - or kill the most enemies and all I get is a blue rocket launcher at 284 light. And others in my team are getting 330 Hatchets, etc. Why don't RNGesus love me? *sob*

The game is more FUN to play when players are rewarded for their time investment. Who would of thunk it? Best Iron Banner since the release of The Taken King. for this reason.
