Why is Nova Bomb not considered panic super but Fist of Havoc is?
I continuously see posts the call Fist of Havoc "Fist of Panic," but not Nova bomb. Why?
Best, most common answer: Animation. The time it takes to activate your super.[spoiler]Makes sense to me.[/spoiler]
