Warframe - Good F2P or Bad P2W Game?
You might know the game, so go for it.
I think its a very good game, since you can actually grind everything which is in the game.

Good f2p. In fact if would argue it's one of the best F2P games currently available Tight controls, amazing gameplay, tons of customization, very broad meta making nearly everything in the game worth using (or just trying) constant updates with free content every few weeks... I can't think of many downsides to it. Warframe is a plain and simply fun game, a great game to play to unwind or just to do some crazy ass shit in. And it only gets better with every update.

1 ReplyIve only played it for 50+ hours and that was 2 years ago. The only good thing I can say about the game is that it keeps getting updates and patches pretty frequently, so youll never achieve anything actually relevant or useful. Also a small hint. DONT BUY ANYTHING FOR REAL MONEE.

1 ReplyP2W = low playtime Anyone that's played a lot doesn't class it as P2W. I'm sure some tool will disagree with me but there are dumb people with high playtime out there.

microtransactions =/= p2w. Not defending the fact it has them, just pointing out that there's a difference and that a game can have them without actually being p2w. Happy Wars is an example of the exact opposite...

Whoever calls it pay to win is a complete moron who's opinion isn't worth listening to. You can pick one of the better frames right at the start and every ... single ... thing in the game can be achieved through normal game play. Pay to win is paying for an extra advantage that can't be got through playing the game. You can pay to build things faster but that isn't winning. Besides that it's a co-op game. You don't win. On top of that you can farm prime parts or rare mods and sell those for platinum so you can get anything you want without paying a single penny. I've had around 4k plat to buy all the slot unlocks, a few prime parts I needed and some forma. I've never paid for platinum, I got it all through trading, mainly event mods that sold for a small fortune. Don't bring up the PvP. The devs only put it in there because a few people asked for it. It is not and never will be a focus of the game, they already said that. Nothing in the game is balanced around PvP it's literally just there to shut up a handful of people.

It's fun. No P2W though as everything other than aesthetics can be created in game if you don't want to buy it. Not only that but you can earn the platinum without ever spending a dime (if you are into that whole bartering thing)
