The skins are crazy overrated. Why would someone pay 500 dollars for a knife? The game is fun though and it takes quite a bit of skill and time to get better

Requires teamwork, Skill, and tactics. Something most fps games lack nowadays. CS, TF2, and GMOD will be games that I will never stop playing until Valve either makes a new game of the series or release a new game that's essentially the same but with a different franchise

It's weird it's getting a lot of hype now, it's been out for a long time, that being said, I play once and a while and it's pretty average. Source was the definitive counterstrike.

I love cs go, I don't think it's underrated because YOU NEED SKILL to rank up. I have only 20 or so games won and I'm silver elite, while there's people with 60 games won and only silver 3. The main problem people have with competetive mode is that it's realistic. If you don't have a helmet, you can get one shot in the brain with a pistol across the map. If you shoot your teamate, he gets hurt. If your grenade hits a teamate, he gets effected. The best guns like the AWP aren't given for free, you have to work with your team to get a stable economy. That's why for esports there's so much hype and there's commentators, because theres a lot of statistics and real strategy involved. It's literally a masterpiece of a first person shooter, and not halo, cod, or battlefield can compete. Not saying they're not fun, I love all those games, but in terms of quality for the price of 15 dollars [spoiler]go buy it now mudda fugha[/spoiler] cs go is where it's at. Plus there's also community servers which is fun [spoiler]surfing, 1v1ing, trading etc.[/spoiler]

Hitreg is awful, graphics are not that good, the only thing that differs between weapons is one shot headshot or not, you cant ADS and more. If you're out for a competitive game and dont care about much of the stuff listes above(except hitreg, please fix), its a great game, with alot of strategy and teamwork. Shit the cost of a flashbang may make your team lose the whole game; your money is not your money. But lets be honest to ourselves, the main reason people play is a Karambit Blue Gem or Fire Serpent.
