Suros and Hawkmoon were taken to year 2, but not before being smited and battered for thier crimes... now shells of thier former selves...
TLW... the lucky one of the bunch, completely spared as if it did no harm, escaping with a slap on the hand....
But Vex, the machine of nightmares, Thorn, the incarnation of hate, with Gjallarhorn and Icebreaker, slandered for thier crimes against the creatures of the darkness... (It's ok Askor, Archon Priest, no more tears, Gjallarhorn can't hurt you anymore...)
They will remain imprisoned in the cell of year one for the rest of eternity, to never be used for evil again...
But wait you say? Necrochasm? The piece of crap that I RAN HARD MODE CROTA [b][i]3[/i][/b] TIMES A WEEK FOR [b][i]14[/i][/b] WEEKS TO GET AND ENDED UP BEING WORTHLESS???

Yet by picking and choosing which exotics that they will or will not bring back, they are breaking both of those quotes. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Gally wouldn't even be that great in the year 2 raid, plus it's been nerfed, but if I want to use gally, I should be allowed to use Gally. And the same goes for Thorn, Vex, Icebreaker and much more

Thorn is still op in cruicible. Ib is still op in cruicible, but made pvp too easy so they took it out. Vex, the best raid weapon ever should still be in the game and still tears in pvp The Gjally was taken out due to elitist mentality, also made the game too easy. A damn shame too, the lore on the Gjally is a big part of where we are today

1 ReplyI want a year 2 thorn. not for pvp though. I purely want Thorn for pve. I want a hand cannon I can rely on for once when fighting taken or hive or whatever. I want exotics that feel and play like actual exotics. We need more weapons like the thorn, not in the sense of Dot, but in the sense that it should feel exotic.

Still wishing they'd bring Icebreaker forward, I miss using that thing since it was my first exotic weapon. Hell give it a small chance to blow you up if it means they could bring it forward.

If this is about bungie not bringing those guns forward into year 2 relevance... Starting now there are 5 months left of year 2 and 9 months until 2017. So if that doesn't give you the slightest bit of hope: I don't know what to tell you.

I swear to god that every fusion rifle nerf AND auto rifle nerf hit the Mythoclast. At least it damn well feels like it at this point, compared to the original version.

3 RepliesQuite frankly vex is no more useful that a brick for building a raft, also thorn can stay as it is. Meaning if you want to use thorn, then you get a handicapped light level, that's the best solution, and galley will come forward, I mean why not, they already nerfed it. Plus it's not like it's a tool like it used to be

For Thorn to be brought forward into Y2, it would need to be a legendary using the same model and sound, that can only be dropped from a unique Patrol boss with a low spawn rate. :P

8 RepliesHonestly, none of these should have been left behind in the the first place. Vex Mythoclast and Necrochasm would be an incentive for new players to take on the old raids, and Thorn and Gjallarhorn were nerfed already.
