If you want a better console then yes.

Unless you're desperate to play Uncharted 4 or Bloodborne you'll be playing the same games. The exclusive content one platform gets over the other is minimal to where you either get something a month early or the content will last you for 1 or 2 short play sessions. If you're looking for a new library of different games build/buy a gaming pc or buy a Nintendo console.

17 RepliesEdited by Urks: 3/27/2016 4:07:16 PMThere's only one difference: the player base.
PlayStation has chill people, but they suck at video games, aka no competition. Xbox has lots of tryhards and elitists, but they're very good players aka competition. All in all if you want competition, stay on Xbox, if not, get yourself a PlayStation.
Not really, it's only a few games that we have. I want to go PC though, I never tried all that.
-
Why not go both? It's not that hard to play two consoles. I do it
-
-
Both suck right now, maybe in another year or two developer's will be used to the new architecture and can start pumping games out faster. So tired of this indie game lul we're in.
-
I would wait for more details on PS4.5 and the PSVR before seriously considering switching from Xbox...

Honestly I love my ps4. It's a great system, and I started on the original playstation. Then ps2, after the 2 though I bought a 360. But then I switched back to Sony and got a ps3. Theres nothing wrong with microsoft, except a shady business practice that happened between them and my friend whose a beta tester. However, we've started to see passed that and respect Microsoft a little now. Many of my coworkers have the one and we have lively talks about both systems. In my opinion it comes down to, do you want to grind again. 3 characters, all working back up from the bottom, all those exotics, all the armor and weapons. And in my opinion it's not worth the switch. Stick to the 1.
-
Skip it and wait. There's nothing really to play on ps4 either. Wait for the new nintendo.

I have a ps4 and I bought my wife an xbox1, after playing both for a while and having an open mind when it comes to the xb1, I personally think the ps4 is superior, don't get me wrong though, the xb1 is amazing but I just think it falls short against ps4.
-
Are you really going to miss out on the playstation expirience i promise you once you try it you wont turn back its happen to most so before you give up to join the most exciting console to date atleast see what all the fuse is about for yourself and not on any fanboys
-
Not with those characters and grimore..
-
If PS comes out with some awesome fps games or cool vr games I'll pick one up but until then I'll be on Xbox and PC
-
If you have xbox one then no save ur money.
-
Not gonna lie. I'm tempted to get a ps4 as well for their VR headset up untill they decided to charge 400 bucks and not even give you the camera required to use it. That's just a blatant Money grab.
-
Just play the console you would prefer
-
What did zero say?
-
I did when the taken King came out. Never regretted it. I guess it depends on how much you like destiny and ps4.
-
I think you should do it, even though zero Mdk had a good argument, I switched for the taken king and didn't have to replace as much stuff as you would so it's easier for me to say, but.... You will still have all your stuff on Xbox if you ever wanna go back to it or it becomes relevant again, but you'll have a brand new vault with all that storage space and without deleting anything. It looks better on ps4, I'm always amazed when I boot up my Xbox account, just how garish the colours look, it's like a child has coloured it in with a felt pen set from asda (Walmart). 10 years worth of exclusives is a big draw, jade rabbit and the restorative mind done it for me, and when I got Monte Carlo, hawkmoon, dust palace etc, I was a bit gutted that I'd gone a whole year without them, especially missing hawkmoon's glory days. And bear in mind, the longer you leave it, the harder it will be to do.

2 RepliesNo, you nees to pay like 60$ every month or year, i cant remember but it was insane, Pick the ps3
