Either that or you have no idea what flopped means. I feel like it's the same idiots who said Destiny was a flop lmao.
The lore in the Division is extremely prevalent. AngryJoe didn't even mildly look into it if he was saying there's no memorable characters. Aaron Keener, the rogue agent?
Gordon Amherst, the guy who made and killed himself with the virus?
Joe Ferro? The leader of the cleaners? That guy was similar to Hitler when it came to his speeches' characteristics.
There's so many characters in that game with discoverable back stories, echoes and cutscenes.
Why was it a 'flop'? Because you didn't like it? They already have your money though..

3 RepliesI have Not returned to Destiny since Division came out, i am enjoying the game and do Not miss Destiny.
-
It didn't flop, it's just...... average, very, very average.
-
It's hardly a flop.
-
It's can't be too good if you have to come running to the destiny forum to explain how good it is
-
I have it .... its very boring more repetitive than destiny
-
5 RepliesShouldn't this be on the Ubisoft forums?
-
Eh, flop or not I like it so that's good enough for me.

Level 30/25 already tired of hearing the homeless people on the street. All the AI are the same just different hoddie or flame thrower. The movement is clunky only roll or climb. I was hyped for the game but it became boring and stale way to early. New content big deal it will be more of the same. Same AI same looking streets.

7 RepliesNo end game. Broken mechanics. Useless loot only to be enjoyed in 3rd person. Bosses are just bullet sponges with no variety of movement/attacks. Pvp is lackluster. Rogue is broken and exploited. 99 percent of the game is taking cover and shooting human mobs in the face with massive amounts of ammo. The last boss is a chopper that doesn't move. #notworthmymoney.

I got it, but I don't enjoy it. The environment is very bland and the gameplay seems very clunky. Just my opinion though.
-
3 RepliesIf you enjoy The Division why are you bothered what other people think? It's like eating your favourite meal and someone saying "I don't like that" would you stop eating it?

6 RepliesEdited by YahyaTV: 3/23/2016 4:12:19 PMThe most interesting character is April Kelleher. She appears in some of the ECHOs, and the one where she meets Aaron Keener has a very eerie feel to it. April was responsible for writing the pages to The survival guide pages you find in game, and you can also buy the full book, which is quite interesting.

1 ReplyEven after the last update. The Division still has loads of game breaking bugs. Their forums are full of complaints about them. Ubisoft is an even worst communicator then bungie. I'm fast loosing faith in game companies.
-
It's a fun distraction while we wait for new destiny content. I don't see the division having the longevity and passionate player base destiny has. At least for right now...
-
2 RepliesFirst I have no idea why ppl talking about other games in a forum that's about destiny. Second, why can't we enjoy all games and appreciate that we lucky enough to have variety. If your a gamer, u should enjoy both of beat world's. As for me I'll play destiny for abit when new content comes out, but I'll be on division most my time, then dark souls 3 is around the corner and after that uncharted 4. It's a great time to be a gamer, and it's my hobby and I'll be enjoying all these games without having to be salty towards a game or two. Every game has its ups and downs, and destinys it's the grind without reward, and how pvp just took a nose dive. But other than that it's a fun game with friends, and some pugs. And again I'll be enjoying all these games. Shit I still play Zelda on my gamecube lol from time to time.

2 RepliesI am not saying it is bad! But damn! All the complains on the ubi forum! Probably are from the same people that bitch about everything here lol!
-
It's basically a new SOCOM. I've always felt like TPS has nothing to do with FPS, I don't know why people insist on pitting the two against each other.
-
1 ReplyWho are these people?
-
The division is quite a bit of fun ^^
-
Everything you said could be said about vanilla destiny ...
-
Or because it actually did. But hey, to each their own. There are fanboys for destiny and there are fanboys for the Division
-
It is a bust because they got no money from me. I am stil here, chilling, killing aliens and throwing money at the screen...
-
It will die quick. Only two things to do currently: 1. Farm challenge mode for Phoenix credits. 2. Go into darkzone and keep killing players and stealing loot while farming the same bosses. I love the game, but it lacks content. At least Destiny has multiple game modes for pvp and multiple maps.
-
It didn't flop but it's gonna die faster than destiny
i have gold edition and over 3 days played not to brag just so it's not like I'm biased
-
Flop my ass, game is good, much better than most other games that have come out since Destiny.

11 RepliesI like the game but the story seems a bit weak its like the rest of usa doesnt exist.
