Looking for help with brand new copy of the Taken King Voucher

I purchased a brand new copy of the taken king. When I went onto PSN to enter in the voucher code it told me it had already been used. I contacted Sony and they told me to contact Amazon. Amazon then went on to tell me to contact Activision who then told me to contact Bungie. Talking to sony they said that the code had already been used and I am confused by how that happened as the box was sealed when I got it. Can I get help for what to do? I would like to play the taken king. Thank you

      • Sorry you'll need to contact Amazon again regarding codes being used. If the code is not being recognized properly, you may need to contact the retailer from which you purchased Destiny: The Taken King.         • If you purchased from them, contact Amazon again and tell them that the code you had didn't work. They're usually excellent about replacing these things. I find that their chat support are the fastest to help with this sort of thing.

          • Im assuming u bought it from Amazon. Sony is correct u need to talk to the person u bought it from. Who ever the person from Amazon told u pretty much lied to u.
