I guarantee each and every one of you saying DeeJ should be fired are teens. No adult would demand he lose his job. Only teens who have no idea what it means to have a career are the ones getting butthurt that he actually had the balls to call that dbag's bluff. You have NO CLUE what his job requirements are, and I promise you, they aren't to make you happy. So quit your -blam!-ing whining, he doesn't owe you, me, or anyone shit. In a business perspective, Spring update/ road map info was a necessity. Too long since TTK launch, too much competition. And like any business, don't piss off the consumer.

I am in college studying PR (which is very similar to DEEJ's job) and his job is to tell us what is going on and to turn anything potentially negative into something positive so that the fans are, in fact, happy. I think the problem is that most people see Deej as the head of Bungie. When in reality he is just the community manager who is at the mercy of the executives with what he is able to share with us. Granted everything could have been handled better, he has been the punching bag of the community since launch. I'm sure I'd throw in sarcasm to maintain my sanity as well.

It's funny because DeeJ is just the face of the community, he does nothing more than present the news that Bungie want him to and interact with the community, yet people have built up some idea that he's the head honcho over at Bungie and he gets all the shit.
