100 down, 100 up and ping is usually less then 5.

During the day I get a lousy ping of 400-500 with 3 down and 1 up. After 12 pm, my internet speeds up to 52 ping with 10 down and 1 up. It's not your download speeds that determine whether you lag or not. It's your ping. Lower ping, less lag.
