Sign out and sign back in and indeed I got another piece of gear. 316 Iron companion helm, but the roots still kinda rubbish tho

Sign out and sign back in to that character and you will more than likely receive something else other than just the ghost. There's a bug where only the ghost initially pops up as the reward
