So last night I joined an Iron Banner fireteam, I was told that if I sucked, I'd be kicked, 4 matches in and I'm in the top 3 for my team on all 4 matches. The fireteam leader, (310 light) was in the bottom 2 every match. Should you not boot yourself? My point is when playing an objective based game, surely your contribution to the objective score is what counts, if I ignite 4 rifts, but die 10 times, isn't that better than a + kd ratio and not playing the objective.
