Getting green engrams for completions and drops using level 40 300+ hunter
This has been happening the past several days. When i am patroling or doing missions or even during nightfall i am getting drops of light level 50-60 GREEN engrams while i am 295+ light level. Completed a quest line for crucible and recieved a level 57 green rocket launcher! Something is broken. help!

Well I got a green engram In oryx hard mode so beat that and I am a 319

I have had this doing 36 strikes almost got a full complete set on titan and since then I have not seen any dropping maybe it's a bug or something.
