I probably won't be playing much.. So...meh
-
Fallout 4, bruh.
-
This is great! They cry and whine about ps plus when disconnected, but I've got fallout 4 to keep me humble (Insert comment here about watermelon)
-
No one gives a flying fuсk...
-
No one cares cos fallout is an offline game.
-
I don't care. I'll be busy spending time with family, and for the days after, playing MGS V and Fallout.
-
Because they haven't actually taken down the servers since last Christmas, also the fact that they warned me only gives me another excuse to watch Star Wars again.
-
Pc master race? Pc master race.
-
Aren't you no-lives going to spend Christmas with your families?
-
Because actually spending time with family. And Fallout.
-
It'll probably be down for an hour so I'm not worried.

8 RepliesEvery year that I lived in Florida, there was a threat of tropical storms and hurricanes. Now that I live in Texas, there's the risk of tornadoes. All that anyone can do for something that it beyond their control is to make their own preparations as to how and what they plan on doing if such an event strikes them. Between Netflix, my movie and TV collection, and plenty of other things that I can do, if the gaming networks go down? *shrug* I'll just do something other than play online games.
-
No because it's like America "we don't negotiate with terrorists", the Lizard Squad or whatever feeds off social anarachy and fear. Refuse to give in, and they starve

They would be doing us a favor. You can never spend to much time with friends and family. You nor them are guaranteed tomorrow. Today or the next few days to come could very well be the last time you see them. Everyone ages, the video games don't. Your gaming platform isn't going anywhere or getting any older but you and everyone you know are. They will leave one day and you will too, and the video game will still be here when that happens. It cannot care at all how much you played it, it cannot care at all that you will never play it again, it cannot care at all the reason why you will never play it again. You can always play games anytime you want. You can never lose time for a game, but you can miss time for your family and friends. You can miss it when there is no more time for them. Unlike your game you can care how much time you spent with them, you can care that you will never spend time with them again, you can care why you will never spend time with them again. So spend the time during the holidays with your friends and family and hopefully you will never know what it's like to wish you had.
-
Because I plan on spending the holidays with my family, across the country, without my XBOX.
-
Because I have fallout 4

Offline games.

Shouldn't ppl b with there family anyways? I say those guys are heroes rather than villans.

2 RepliesSee, the thing is, a lot of people on this forum are adults. The thing with adults is, we have lives outside of online gaming. I welcome Lizard Squad disabling the servers as it'd give me an excuse to spend more time editing my music, working on my songwriting, entering an art contest or two.
-
2 RepliesBecause most people have a life outside of gaming you fgt
-
I honestly don't care if we can't play on Christmas because most of us should have something better to do on the holidays. I also think though it would be disappointing if you got an Xbox but then couldn't use it. But yet again it is the holidays.
-
Because I've better things to do than play Xbox over the holidays.
-
If being unable to play online games for a time is something you're seriously worrying about then you should probably take the time to reexamine your priorities. And maybe your choice of profession if you're a professional gamer.
-
There's a difference in being worried about it and taking the threat seriously. Will they shut it down? Maybe. Is it a valid reason for getting all worked up? No. If gaming takes up a big enough part of your life that you're actually worried about not being able to play for a few days, that's pretty sad.
