Res Sniping is amazing
Guess what? You messed up? Bang, sit down. You just got punished by a sniper for poking your head out too far in the hall way. You tell your teammates the enemy sniper is hard scoping as they res and he gets another snipe off. Good. In trials there shouldn't be any hand outs. You messed up now you should learn how to adapt and 2v3. Stop whining about res sniping and 1k stare when you idiots never cried about LDR or Longbow synth. Her benevolence was another res snipe killer and shadow of veils. Why are you fools whining now? It's about time you start crying and learn how to play 3v3's.

Time to put on your big boy pants and stop whining. With sniping aim assist doesn't give you head shots. Most of you cannot even define it. You just see some other post and get killed by a sniper then come here to whine about how it's OP when it isn't.
Edit-If you play a competitive playlist like Trials, where its meant to be competitive. Why do you softies want handouts where you want to take off res sniping? Don't die and you won't get sniped, you're down? Then have your teammates push that sniper or put shots, grenades. Learn to play or go home. Stop crying for nerfs

Easiest way to counter res sniping, Turn around as your ressed. I didn't know people had an issue with this lol. But I hardly ever get res sniped after I'm dumb and look out to far and get killed.

4 RepliesI believe short immunity periods should be a thing rather than a shield. It rewards the reviver and if you hardscope rewards you. The reviver shouldn't get the immunity though.

I understand that it is a good thing that you can keep your advantage, but I believe that that should be done in a way other than Rez sniping. Idk, maybe actually moving up past the corner you're sniping behind and killing the other two. It sounds like you need to learn how to work a 3v2, rather than everyone else learning how to 2v3. A team push that requires TEAMWORK should be the best option always, rather than just solo getting kills. I think that it may be good to increase the starting revive timer while decreasing the increments that it increases, but that's just me.

You get 3 seconds to run/move with immunity then after 5 seconds your weapons are ready. So there is a 2 second period were you are vulnerable with a over shield but can't attack. But the rez range should be reduced by a good amount so you can't just rez from cover

Yup. Lately I've noticed a new tactic of, after a res, you run into your buddy, moving him to cover or throwing off the snipers aim.

Lol they cried about all of those you listed. But the thing I hate about Rez sniping is the hard scope sniper is now out of the fight and when you know how, you can get the Rez regardless because of the aim assist, as you cross his sight reviving you pull his aim

If you killed him oh cool and your mad he got revived that's your fault you should've been watching for a revive instead of watching the dead guy from 100 feet away. I don't res snipe I still go 9-0. If I take out a guy I push toward the orb. No revive is allowed. Res snipe all you want I'll still whoop you.

I agree with OP. Learning to push a teammate or run in front of them to throw their aim assist off, is what it's about. I've done a fair share of res sniping, and have been res sniped even more. No complaints here. Only people who think it shouldn't be a thing, are people who can't do it.
