Exotic sword quest glitch PLEASE HELP!

I havent got the exotic sword quest for some reason even thoe i have all 3 legendary that are over 280 damege points. Note, i only have this problem on my titan and warlock

Did you upgrade them? They need to be maxed out in order to continue the quest chain.

Did you unlock all nodes? Did you transfer the swords to another character?
