How did you do in Trials
Did your team make it to the lighthouse or were you shutout? What stopped you? What got you there?
Let's make this thread a helpful post for those that need a little help in strategy or teamwork.

1 ReplyWent flawless twice and got garbage both times. None of the end game weapons are worth grinding for i know they dont want it but this game needs elemental primaries again and fast.

1 ReplyCan't get passed 7 wins. We actually did 7 wins without boons. We were doing some trial runs to get used to each other and went 7 wins without trying. Once I go for 8, I face really good players (sweaties) and always fail to win.

2 RepliesI've tried countless hours during these 2 trials weekends and have not been flawless. I guess i'm just really really bad at PvP! I was so desperate i even went into a twitch stream with trials of osiris runs. I had more kills most of the time then the streamer himself so that was a bust. I don't know what to do at this point. Can't practice this kind of stuff!

1 ReplyFri and Saturday I played with a couple of my regular trials people who I went to the lighthouse with regularly year 1. We would get to 7 wins and then lose out every time to shotgun teams. Sunday Monday I played with one of my friends who is horrible at pvp but I wanted to try and get him the 5 win helm. We kept getting people from destiny tracker who were worse then me which I'm not even that good probably about average. Unfortunately for my friend we couldn't get him the helm. I'm not really feeling the new meta but I've been trying to adapt. Sadly all these shotgun users took me away from my pulse rifle and back to a hand cannon to counter.

2 lighthouse trips this weekend. Didn't play on my warlock because the sweatiness isn't as fun for me anymore. Got a 315 auto (super fun) and a 320 hand cannon. Can't complain about getting anything at 320.

7 RepliesWe were 8 and 0, already used our mercy, and we were feeling confident. Then we realized what we were up against. Three voidwalkers. All using blink. All using Hawksaw. All using shotguns.

Went flawless on 2 characters. Once was without using the mercy. Second time around was much harder (Sunday night). Came down to a clutch move by my clan mate when we were tied 4-4 with two people down. He circles the map, waits for super (blade dancer), takes out 1 guy while ressing me, I kill one more, get the other rez and we finish off the last guy.... One of the opposing team hits his self rez, kills my boy with fire bolt/melee, I blink jump before the fire bolt can hit me, land on top of his head with 2 chaperone shots to end the game. My heart almost jumped through my chest. It was so intense.

Me and my team went flawless without using our mercy. I think we where very lucky though. We where only against a few people with low Internet.

5 wins is all i could get this weekend. I need to boss my sniper game up to compete with some of you maniacs. Dont see any lighthouse in my future unfortunately. Im simply not good enuf lol. Still fun tho
