Fix the freaking spindle mission!!!!
Seriously! I am 50 freaking levels ahead of the damn mission light level and can't wipe the adds! Can kill the boss no problem but can't take out adds? Seriously? Had 3:00 minutes to take them out and you guys have freaked me over again! The second time we've beaten the boss no problem and can't clear adds! I'm using Raid weapons and 50 light above the recommended light! Fix this mess already

This has got to be satire, my group did this before we even had raid gear, and used said spindle to make the raid easier for us haha

Take stormcallers or sunbreakers for the adds and just have one dedicated person dpsing the boss and its not that bad bro If your on XB1 add me and ill help ya next time its daily

I heard the sleeper stimulant drains him pretty fast. I did it a few weeks before I got the sleeper with a couple friends. We had one guy focus on nothing but adds and the other two would stay in the entrance and kill big black giant balls and focus on the boss. Killed him with about 50 seconds left on the timer.

4 RepliesNothing to change, killing the blights are key, you should get to the end boss with about 6min left which is plenty of time. Is easier if all players are 300 but we did it with couple if 290s

We did it it with a 300, a 299 and a 296 and we completed it quite easily. Sure we wiped once but then we did it the second run. Just kill the blights, then adds and then damage boss and then rinse and repeat. Not that hard.

1 ReplyThe Taken Captains and Archons need a nerf for the nonstop blinding bubble spam. It is literally the most annoying/retarded thing in the game.

Everyone use swords and a titan bubble with blessing of light. Kill boss with swords. Its ok if everyone dies just try not to. Should have plenty of time to kill adds. Got it first try yesterday after trying it 6 times before yesterday.

Got to the final room with 6 minutes to spare. #1 - Clear the adds and the blights 1st! Ignore the boss. #2 - Go all out on the boss when the room is clear. #3 - Rinse, repeat! #4 - Kill the boss, get spindle, wet your pants. Did this with a couple of 295s, and we finished with just over a minute to spare, even with a couple of deaths.

Took me twice. Do you have an exotic sword? Use it at the end to wipe out the ads.

3 RepliesWarning, useful information ahead... You're looking at it wrong. Step back and look at it like a mini-skolas fight. Priorities are as follows: 1. Kill blights. Two at a time spawn at each 25 percent of his life. 2. Mop up adds from said blights. (Flaming knights and captains are most important) 3. Dps boss until blights spawn. Repeat. Much time spent in this mission speaks to this strategies effectiveness.

I did it yesterday. I was 303 light (warlock) the other 2 guys were 296 (warlock) and 297 light (Hunter). You just have to give each person a role and stick to your role. I was boss dps with the 297 guy, the 296 guy was on add/blight control. We did it on our first try. Clearing the Wizards in the second room as quickly as possible is also key, we had 61/2 minutes going into the boss room and about 2 minutes once the boss was dead. Keep trying, you'll get it.

The difficulty for that part of the mission doesnt match up to the daily difficulty at all. Like. It feels more like the elevated version of strikes for some quests. Its rough but just trial and error. It isn't broken. Not really.

Hahaha took me 2 tries . Have 2 players focus on the boss while the other clears majors n adds . Take out the black blights that create enemies and you'll be fine I recommend u take 2 Titans 1 with armor of light n the other with hammer n 1 warlock with storm or hunter with bow

You do know there is a cap for the damage you can take and receive in pve right. It's always been that way.

People have been completing this for weeks now and you're asking for a fix? I did this under 290 3 weeks ago on 3 different characters for the 310s. I think it's safe to say you probably just suck

Honestly very first time this mission was out on my first try beat it. It depends alot on what strategy you use and also team composition, you really should have a lock for the adds after you kill the boss. Honestly best combo is one of each class, we did it with d titan, void hunter and a sith lord and it went pretty easily.
